Owners Brent and Jessica Griffioen go above and beyond for their clients and employees treating everyone as a part of their family. The same compassion applies to the services our franchise location offers. We understand that every job is unique and must be handled delicately to ensure that all parties are satisfied when the process is over. We work with both homeowners and local businesses to offer the highest possible standard of professionalism and safety. We pride ourselves on the honest inspections for your home with concerns of damage from anything from water to bio-hazard issues. We are a preferred vendor for large insurance companies and participate by invitation in structured vendor programs and contracts. We have developed relationships with insurance companies that create an easy work environment within your home that makes your policy claims efficient and worry free. Our company goal is to help minimize the interruption and make your disaster “Like it never even happened.”
Meet Eric
Eric Ledford is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids. Upon joining our team in 2015 he has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (llCRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning. Other experience with Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration and Bio-Hazards Clean Up.
Eric enjoys his free time being outside hunting and fishing with his dog. He is also pretty talented at racing dirt bikes.
Meet Nate
Nate is one of our hardworking project managers at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids! Upon joining our team in 2016, he has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (llCRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning. Other experience with Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration and Bio-Hazards Clean Up.
Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and dog! He also likes to go hunting, fishing, and bowling.
Meet Jess
Jess is one of our Project Managers here at SERVPRO NE Grand Rapids. Jess comes with a lot of experience in the construction field and has been an amazing addition to our team. Jess is full of knowledge but most importantly he show great leader skills. Always willing to help others and isn't scared to get his hands dirty when in the field. Jess is a proud grandfather to some of the cutest kids and you'll always catch him rooting for Michigan Football.
Meet Casey
Casey is one of our Project Managers here at SERVPRO NE Grand Rapids! He leads crews and oversees jobs, including specialty jobs, such as soda blasting, spray sealing, and mold remediation. Casey is married, and they have one daughter. He enjoys learning new things, and overcoming new challenges. He loves cars, going on vacations, country music, concerts, and family outings. He served in the United States Marine Corps, and we are extremely grateful for his service.
Meet Tony

Outside of work, Tony is an awesome cook and loves to entertain friends. Summertime is his favorite season where warm days on the boat are what the doctor ordered. Tony has a lot of knowledge and is always willing to teach.
Meet Sarinsa
Sarinsa is our Contents Project Manager here at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids! She's in charge of leading jobs, motivating her co-workers, and managing job efficiency. Sarinsa is a busy mom to her 2 beautiful daughters and she will never pass on some good Chinese food
Meet Kaleb
Kaleb is our Project Manager Assistant here at SERVPRO NE Grand Rapids. Kaleb has been apart of our team for couple of years and comes with a lot of knowledge in the restoration field. He always brings laughter to our team and will be the first in line to offer help to others. Kaleb is a proud dad to his fun loving daughter and he is always passing around snacks to keep everyone feed around the shop.
Meet Dawn
Dawn is our Marketing Director at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids. Upon joining our team in 2017 she has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (llCRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning. Other experience with Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration.
Dawn loves Spending time in the outdoors! Some of her favorite activities include fishing, hiking, and camping!
Meet Paul
Paul is our Business Development Representative at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids. Upon joining our team in 2018, he has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He has many certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration, including Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Carpet Cleaning. He also has experience with fire and storm restoration. Paul manages and creates relationships with our serving areas including Insurance agents and adjusters. He is a dedicated member of our team and community, Paul also promotes awareness about our services so people know where to go in case of an emergency.
When he isn't working, Paul enjoys making people laugh and spending time with his grandkids. When summertime hits you will find Paul at the lakeside.
When he isn't working, Steve enjoys spending time with his kids and going camping. He also loves playing golf and baseball.

When he isn't working, Ben loves and appreciates everything outdoors. He proud member of the Rotary and loves to give back to his community. To us he's Uncle Ben!

Susan is our lovely Accounting Manager at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids! Upon joining our team in 2017 she has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (llCRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning. Other experience with Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration. Susan comes with a lot of experience in the business and passion for what she does every day.
Susan enjoys spending time with her family and playing games. When she finds free time, she likes to curl up with a good book.

Amanda is our highly energetic, extremely talented and always a joy to be around Financial Administrator! Amanda is a crime documentary junkie, loves enjoying the outdoors, and spending free time with her family watching football!

Meet Nick
Nick is one of our Job File Coordinators here at SERVPRO of NE Grand Rapids! As a job file coordinator, he writes estimates, completes job uploads, and performs audits! Nick is a huge fan of movies, some of his favorites being Boogie Nights and Goodfellas. Prior to working at SERVPRO, he worked for a baseball team for 6 years. He's left handed, and is the official champion of our office fantasy football team, defeating his rival / coworker, Steve Smith.

Carly is a social butterfly and brings a lot of laughter to the office daily. She has 3 beautiful kids and loves to play basketball!
